Abstract

ABSTRACT: It is in some way natural that, with the increasingly frequent use of arbitration by the Public Administration, there is a need for interaction between the account courts and the actors involved in the employment of the institute, from those responsible for inserting the arbitration clause in administrative agreements, passing through those with the attribution to make the appointment of arbitrators and even reaching the parties, lawyers and arbitrators acting in the procedure. The objective of this essay is precisely to allow, from a theoretical and dogmatic perspective, a better understanding of the possible interferences that the account courts can promote in the arbitration sphere.
