This article examines the legal nature of decisions rendered within the framework of autonomous evidence production in arbitration. It explores the criteria required for a decision to qualify as an arbitral award, thereby enabling an assessment of certain decisions that may be issued in this context, with the purpose of discussing their proper classification as procedural orders or arbitral awards.
