APPLICATION OF THE GROUP OF COMPANIES THEORY IN THE VERIFICATION OF THE SUBJECTIVE LIMITS OF THE ARBITRATION CLAUSE

Abstract

This article analyzes the theory of group of companies and its application in Brazil. In order to reach its conclusion, the article presents, in a first moment, the subjective limits of an arbitration clause. Later, it presents an introduction into gro
